Reminder: Junior Series starts tonight!

Tonight (Tuesday 21st July) is the first swim of the Junior Series — the 800m, starting at St Catherine’s slipway around a designated course and back. Meet at 6pm for a 6.30pm start.
Quick recap: it’s 3 swims of increasing distance (800m tonight, 1000m on 28th July, 1600m on 12th September), with certificates for each swim completed. All three must be done in the same category to qualify for the Series Prize, with fastest combined time winning. Prizes for girls and boys across four age groups, with wetsuit and non-wetsuit categories, and shortened courses available for our younger swimmers.
For regular club swimmers: the usual club swim is running alongside the Junior Series tonight as normal — but note next Tuesday (28th July) there will be no organised club swim for masters, as we’ll be focused on running the 1000m Junior Series leg (Mike’s slipway to St Catherine’s).
