​As a club, we have a duty of care to all our members — children, young people, and adults alike. We are committed to providing a safe, supportive environment where everyone can enjoy swimming.

We want everyone in our swimming club to feel safe, happy, and respected.
Here’s what that means for you as members:

You have the right to feel safe at all times.
We will listen if you are worried.
We will act quickly to help keep you safe.
Everyone should be treated with kindness and respect.

🗣 If You’re Worried
Talk to our Welfare Officer – they are here to help - you can also email them [email protected]
You can also tell a coach, committee member, or trusted adult.
If something feels wrong, say something – it’s always okay to speak up.

👀 Things to Remember
Be kind to other swimmers.
Respect changing rooms and personal space .
Only share photos online if you have permission.
If you see something that makes you uncomfortable, tell someone straight away
It doesn't matter how big or small the problem - if you're worried, tell someone ​
