Step One

Email [email protected] to select the year and tidal period you wish to book
Step Two
Reserve your slot.
​Confirm your booking with a £200 non-returnable deposit and a completed contract (this will be emailed to you and cannot be found on the website) 

Step Three

Complete your forms.
​In the year of your swim you must submit both a medical form and assessment swim form. See forms below. 
Step Four​
Final payment
Your remaining balance must be received by 31st May in the year of your swim

​Swimmers who are not JLDSC members and wish to have        their swim ratified must join as a temporary member.

All solo and relay swimmers must complete a swim
 assessment at least 14 days before their tide starts, no            later than 31 July, and ensure the swim is completed in            water under 16°C

​Solo and relay swimmers must submit a medical form completed after 1 January and received before 31 May in the year of their swim. Certified forms from FINA / Swim England / CS&PF / CSA / BLDSA recognised swims are accepted. Examination fees are the swimmer’s responsibility
