JUNE
Karen Delahunty Memorial Swim/Trophy
June is definitely the month for trophies! Well done to all who swam the 2k distance between La Hocq and La Rocque on Sunday! It was so wonderful to see so many people achieving personal bests! A special congratulations to Jo Taylor on being awarded the Karen Delahunty trophy. Jo has come so far in such a short space of time and has even shed her wetsuit and is increasing her time and distance in the water without it! A very worthy winner - Well done Jo! |
McLaughlin Memorial Swim/Trophy
Congratulations to Kathryn Flemming who was awarded the new McLaughlin Memorial Trophy for her dedication and passion for open water swimming. The McLaughlin family was represented by Jean and her son John James, his wife and son. Fantastic turn out and the sun came out for us!
